Villages further southeast such as Palatine and Schaumburg run from our Rolling Meadows office instead, so a booking on that side is simply routed there rather than turned away.
By volume, meaning the share of the truck bed your load fills, quoted on site before anything is lifted. Smaller pickups start around $99. Access changes the labor rather than the volume, so a barn at the end of a quarter-mile drive costs more than the same pile beside a garage. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, televisions and computers, garage and basement contents, whole-house and estate clearances, renovation debris, and yard waste. In the older part of the village that often means a basement or attic that has filled up over decades. If an item is non-hazardous and two or three people can carry it, it goes on the truck. The short list of what we cannot take is further down.
Yes, and around Barrington Hills it is routine work. Properties there sit on large lots with stables, tack rooms, hay lofts and equipment sheds, and a clearance usually runs to several truckloads rather than one. Old tack, feed bins, fencing, broken equipment and stall matting all come out. What we cannot take is fuel, oil drums or agricultural chemicals, which need a household hazardous waste route.

Heavy fill such as concrete, brick and tile is priced separately from general debris because weight rather than space drives the disposal cost, so describe the material when you book and the quote will reflect the right category.
Usually, but it is worth checking first. A lot of the acreage properties have long gravel drives, gates that need a code, and limited turning space at the house end. A full-size truck that cannot turn has to reverse the whole way out, which is slow and hard on the surface. Tell us the drive length and whether there is a turning area, and if it will not work we bring a smaller vehicle and shuttle instead.
Often same day, because the office is in the village rather than an hour away. A booking made early in the day is frequently collected that afternoon, and next-day is close to standard. Spring is the tightest stretch, when barns, garages and yards get cleared at once. Anything tied to a closing or a move is scheduled backwards from that date rather than fitted into a gap.
The load is separated before disposal rather than tipped whole. Furniture in usable condition goes to donation partners, televisions and computers to a certified e-waste recycler, and scrap metal, cardboard and appliances are pulled out for recycling. Barn and estate clearances out here often turn up genuinely reusable equipment and furniture, and that is set aside first rather than going on the truck as waste.
